  • 3 Cups Wheat Flour
  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • 2 Tablespoon Coriander Leaves
  • ½ Teaspoon Ajwain
  • 1 Green Chilli
  • ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • ¼ Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Nutralite Pudina and Coriander for each paratha
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the methi leaves. Then place the chopped methi leaves in a bowl and add ajwain, salt and wheat flour, mix properly. Take some water and knead the mixture until it forms a medium-soft dough.
  2. Boil the potatoes and add them in a large bowl after peeling them. Take the remaining ingredients (excluding Nutralite) and add them in the bowl. Mash the potatoes and mix it properly with all the ingredients.
  3. Take a small portion of dough and roll it into the shape of a chapati, then add the aloo mixture on the surface of the chapati.
  4. Then form a round ball with the chapati by folding the edges with the aloo mixture inside it.
  5. Flatten the dough ball and cook the paratha in a tava over a medium flame and add Nutralite Pudina and Coriander to its surface.
  6. Once both the sides of the paratha turn golden brown, remove it from the tava and serve your fast breakfast Parathas hot. Repeat the same for the remaining dough as well.
