Ingredients

For the Filling:

onion, chopped 1/2
cloves garlic, minced 2
black beans,
rinsed and drained 1 (15-ounce) can
chopped tomato 1/2 cup
chopped cilantro 1/4 cup
cumin powder 1/4 tsp
Salt and pepper to taste

For the Wrap:

package flour tortillas 1 (10-ounce)

For the Achari Mayo:

Lettuce leaves, for serving
fresh tomato salsa, for serving 2 tbsp

Instructions:

Step 1: Preparing Spicy Bean Mixture

Saute onions, garlic, and tomatoes until lightly red. Add kidney beans, mozzarella, tomato puree, cilantro, cumin powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and cook until heated through for about 5 minutes.

Step 2: Warming Tortillas and Spreading Achari Mayo
