450 grams button mushrooms, sliced

1/2 cup finely chopped onion

1 tablespoon olive oil

4 tablespoons Nutralite Tandoori Mayonnaise

1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander

1 baguette, sliced into 1-inch thick pieces
