boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces 250g
Nutralite Mayo 1/4 cup
Cardamom powder 1/4 teaspoon
chopped fresh cilantro 1/4 cup
chopped fresh mint 1/4 cup
grated ginger 1 tablespoon
grated garlic 1 tablespoon
garam masala 1 teaspoon
salt 1/2 teaspoon
black pepper 1/4 teaspoon

Instructions:

Marination

Step 1 - Marination:

In a large bowl, combine the chicken with salt, pepper, fresh lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, Nutralite Mayo, and a dash of cardamom powder for extra flavor. Step 2 - Preparing for Cooking:
