Ingredients

Bhurji:

Nutralite Table Spread 1 tbsp
onion, chopped 1
ginger, grated 1 inch
turmeric 1/2 tsp
red chili powder 1/2 tsp
garam masala 1/4 tsp
capsicum, chopped 1
paneer, crumbled 200g
tomato, chopped (optional) 1

Salt & pepper to taste

egg (for non-veg) 1
milk 1 tsp

Coriander leaves, chopped (for garnish)

Bhurji:

spinach rotis
(or any roti of your choice)
