Vegetable Seekh Kebabs

Mixed veggies (carrots, beans, peas, cauliflower – grated)  – 2 cups

Potatoes (boiled & mashed) – ¾ cup

Gram flour (besan) – 3 tbsp

Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp

Green chilies (finely chopped) – 1 tsp

Garam masala – 1 tsp

Chaat masala – ½ tsp

Fresh coriander (chopped) – 2 tbsp

Breadcrumbs – ¼ cup

Nutralite Cheesy Garlic Mayo – 5 tbsp (3 tbsp for glaze, 2 tbsp for binding)

Oil – 1 tbsp

How To Make Veg Seekh Kebabs

Step 1: Prep Veggie Mix

Sauté grated veggies in oil until tender. Mix with mashed potatoes, besan, ginger-garlic paste, chilies, spices, coriander, breadcrumbs, and 2 tbsp Nutralite Cheesy Garlic Mayo. Knead into firm dough.

Step 2: Shape the Dough into Kebabs

Divide dough into 8 portions. Mold around skewers (or shape into cylinders). Chill 15 mins.

Step 3: Cook the Kebabs

Pan-fry/grill kebabs on medium heat until crisp (4-5 mins/side).
