Ingredients In

Ragi Ladoos Recipe

Ragi flour – 1 cup

Nutralite choco spread with Calcium– ½ cup (for filling)

Jaggery powder – ¾ cup (or sugar)

Ghee – ¼ cup + 1 tbsp

Water – ¼ cup

Chopped almonds – 2 tbsp

Desiccated coconut – 2 tbsp (optional, for coating)

How To Make Ragi Ladoos

Step 1: Roast the Ragi Flour

Heat ¼ cup ghee in a pan. Add ragi flour and roast on low heat for 8–10 minutes until fragrant. Transfer to a bowl.

Step 2: Prepare Sugar Syrup

In the same pan, combine jaggery powder and water. Simmer until it forms a sticky syrup (1-string consistency). Add cardamom powder.

Step 3: Mix the Dough

Pour the syrup into the roasted ragi flour. Add chopped almonds. Mix into a crumbly dough. Let it cool slightly.

Step 4: Shape Ladoos

Take a lemon-sized dough portion. Flatten, add 1 tsp Nutralite choco spread with calcium , and seal into a ragi chocolate ball. Roll in desiccated coconut. Repeat!

Step 5: Set & Serve
