paneer, cut into cubes 200g
red bell pepper, cut into cubes 1
green bell pepper, cut into cubes 1
Apricots
onion, sliced 1
ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
red chili powder 1 teaspoon
garam masala 1/2 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Step 1: Achari Mayo Marinade
Heat Nutralite Classic in a non-stick pan, sauté ginger, add apricots, and mix well. Combine the paneer, bell peppers, onion, Nutralite Mayo Achari, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt in a large bowl. Nutralite Mayo Achari adds a twisty taste to your dish and it’s enriched with Vitamins A, D2, and E.
Step 2: Spices Infusion and Marination
Add salt, chili powder, and garam masala powder to the mixture. Mix thoroughly to coat all the ingredients. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes or an hour.
Step 3: Finishing Touch and Baking
Pour 1/4 cup water into the pan, stir, and cook for 2-3 minutes. Switch off the heat, add 2 teaspoons of lemon juice, and mix well. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit).
Step 4: Skewering and Baking
Thread the marinated paneer, bell peppers, and onion onto skewers. Place the skewers on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the paneer is cooked through and the vegetables are tender. Serve hot with your favorite chutney or naan.
