Add around 100g or more Pasta of any time into a round utensil and boil it in water until it gets soft, but not fully soft. Add some vegetable oil and salt to the water so that the Pasta doesn’t get too sticky and tastes flavorful.
While the Pasta is boiling, add 2 tbsps of olive oil to a pan and heat it on a stove.
Add some freshly chopped garlic to the pan. Around 1 tbsp should be enough. Don’t worry about the quantity, because we’ll be using Nutralite Cheesy Garlic Mayonnaise spread for the garlicky flavor. You can also add onions to this.
Saute the garlic for approximately a minute in the olive oil before adding the rest of the ingredients to the sauce.
You can add any of your favourite veggies to the mix. For this creamy cheese pasta recipe, we’ll be adding ½ cup of baby corn kernels, some boiled broccoli florets, ¼ cup of green, yellow and red bell peppers, a cup of finely chopped boiled carrot pieces and stir the sauce.
Finally, add the Pasta you boiled earlier to the sauce and stir it thoroughly. If you’re worried about the flavor and don’t think it’s salty enough, you can add some salt to the mix.
Add 1 tsp Mixed Herbs, 1 tbsp Chilli Flakes and 1 tbsp chopped parsley and give it a good stir
As we said, we’ll be adding 3-4 tbsp of Nutralite mayo, cheesy garlic flavor to the sauce. You don’t need to worry about being vegetarian here. All our mayo flavors are vegetarian.
Finally, add 2 tbsp cream and give it a good mix and your Pasta is ready!
