Easy Pasta Recipe with Nutralite Cheesy Garlic Mayo

Ingredients

ground chana dal payasam 1.5 cups
oats powder 3/4 cup
melted Nutralite Doodhshakti Probiotic Butter Spread 2 tablespoons
baking powder 3/4 teaspoon

For the Jaggery Butter Topping:

jaggery powder 1/4 cup
melted Nutralite Doodhshakti Probiotic Butter Spread 4 tablespoons
coconut milk 1/2 cup

Instructions:

Step 1: Waffle Batter Preparation

Combine Ingredients: Start by mixing chana dal Payasam, oats powder, Neutrality Milk Powder Probiotic Butter Spread, baking powder, and waffle mix in a bowl. Ensure a thorough combination and let the mixture rest for 8-10 minutes to achieve a smooth batter consistency.

Step 2: Jaggery Butter Topping Crafting

Prepare the Sauce: Heat a pan over medium heat and add jaggery powder, melted Nutralite Doodhshakti Probiotic Butter Spread, and coconut milk. Nutralite Doodhshakti Probiotic Butter Spread is made with rich creamy milk and it’s loaded with probiotics, which help to support immunity. Stir constantly until the sauce thickens.

Step 3: Waffle Cooking and Assembly

Cook in Waffle Maker: Grease a waffle iron with melted Nutralite Doodhshakti Probiotic Butter Spread. Pour a portion of the batter into the waffle iron and cook according to the manufacturer’s instructions until the waffle becomes fluffy and golden.


Final Touch: Once the waffle is ready, drizzle it with the prepared jaggery sauce, and finish by topping the waffles with a bit more Nutralite DoodhShakti Probiotic Butter Spread. Your delightful Payasam Waffle with Jaggery Butter is now ready to be served!

Ingredients used for Cheesy Garlic Pasta​

Any type of Pasta

Olive Oil/Vegetable Oil

Finely Chopped Onions and Garlic

Baby Corn Kernels

Finely Chopped Red, Green and Yellow Bell Pepper Pieces

Finely Chopped Carrot Pieces

How To Make Cheesy Garlic Pasta​

Step 1: Boil the Pasta

Add around 100g or more Pasta of any time into a round utensil and boil it in water until it gets soft, but not fully soft. Add some vegetable oil and salt to the water so that the Pasta doesn’t get too sticky and tastes flavorful.

Step 2: Pour Olive Oil into a Pan

While the Pasta is boiling, add 2 tbsps of olive oil to a pan and heat it on a stove.

 

Step 3: Add Chopped Garlic to the Pan

Add some freshly chopped garlic to the pan. Around 1 tbsp should be enough. Don’t worry about the quantity, because we’ll be using Nutralite Cheesy Garlic Mayonnaise spread for the garlicky flavor. You can also add onions to this.

Step 4: Let the Garlic Simmer

Saute the garlic for approximately a minute in the olive oil before adding the rest of the ingredients to the sauce.

Step 5: Heat the pan Add the Veggies

You can add any of your favourite veggies to the mix. For this creamy cheese pasta recipe, we’ll be adding ½ cup of baby corn kernels, some boiled broccoli florets, ¼ cup of green, yellow and red bell peppers, a cup of finely chopped boiled carrot pieces and stir the sauce.

Step 6: Add the Pasta

Finally, add the Pasta you boiled earlier to the sauce and stir it thoroughly. If you’re worried about the flavor and don’t think it’s salty enough, you can add some salt to the mix.

Step 7: Add Mixed Herbs, Chilli Flakes & Parsley

Add 1 tsp Mixed Herbs, 1 tbsp Chilli Flakes and 1 tbsp chopped parsley and give it a good stir

Step 8: Add ½ cup milk

Step 9: Add Nutralite Cheesy Garlic Mayo

As we said, we’ll be adding 3-4  tbsp of Nutralite mayo, cheesy garlic flavor to the sauce. You don’t need to worry about being vegetarian here. All our mayo flavors are vegetarian.

Step 10: Add cream

Finally, add 2 tbsp cream and give it a good mix and your Pasta is ready!
