How To Make Butter Spread Bread Rolls
Step 1: Prepare the Sauté
In a large kadhai, heat 3 tbsps of oil. Add a finely chopped onion and sauté it until it changes colour. Then add a tsp of ginger garlic paste, and 1 tsp chilli to the sauté. Then add 3 tbsps of peas and 3 tbsps of sweet corn to the sauté. Cook the ingredients until they look well-cooked but still hold their shape.
Step 2: Add the Veggies and Masala
The next step is to add boiled mashed potatoes to the mix. It would be ideal to pressure cook the mashed potatoes for around 3-4 whistles. Once you’ve added the potatoes, it’s time to add the masala. Add ¼ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp garam masala, ½ tsp aamchur and ½ tsp salt. Stir the ingredients together until they are well combined.
Step 3: Add some Butter Spread and Coriander
Add 2-3 tbsps of Nutralite Doodhshakti Probiotic Butter Spread to the mix, along with 2 tbsps of coriander. Stir it well. Nutralite Doodhshakti Probiotic Butter Spread is packed with 1 billion probiotics per serving and improves gut health and digestion.
Step 4: Prepare the Bread Slices
Take three bread slices and cut the sides off these slices. Place each slice in a bowl of water for just a second and pull it out. Squeeze any excess water from it.
Step 5: Prepare the Roll
Once the stuffing is cooked and ready, separate it into three parts and roll each part into a cylindrical shape. Wrap a bread slice around each roll of stuffing and pinch the edges to ensure it stays secure and tight.
Step 6: Deep Fry the Bread Roll
In a fresh kadhai, boil some oil until it is hot enough to deep fry the ingredients. Then deep fry the bread rolls until they look crisp. Keep stirring and frying it occasionally until it turns golden brown.
