Ingredients

Instructions:
Marination
Step 1 - Marination:
In a large bowl, combine the chicken with salt, pepper, fresh lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, Nutralite Mayo, and a dash of cardamom powder for extra flavor. Let the chicken marinate for at least an hour. Nutralite Mayo Veg is enriched with Vitamins A, D, and E and it fulfills up to 15% RDA of these vitamins.
Cooking
Step 2 - Preparing for Cooking:
Coat the marinated chicken evenly and cook it at 200°C for the first 5 minutes. Afterward, reduce the temperature to 180°C and continue cooking for an additional 12-15 minutes. Check the chicken for tenderness and aroma.
Step 3 - Baking Kebabs:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Skewer the marinated chicken pieces and bake the kebabs for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
