With the Holiday season right around the corner, people are in a tizzy about what tasty food to make for Christmas this year. Nothing like some sweet treats to add to the festivities. So, here is another easy, delicious Christmas Dessert to add to your table in minutes. Making cookies from scratch has never been this easy!

Ingredients

What You Need To Prepare Red Velvet Chocolate Chip Cookies


  • Red Velvet Cake Flour - 2 Cups
  • Egg - 1
  • Oil - 2 Tbsp
  • White (Or Dark) Chocolate Chips - 1.5 Cups
  • Nutralite Classic - 2 Tbsp

Instructions

How To Make Red Velvet Chocolate Chip Cookies


  1. Combine all ingredients except Chocolate Chips, and mix in a bowl using your hands or a blender.
  2. Add in the Chocolate Chips to the mix.
  3. Make balls out of dough. Carefully flatten the balls.
  4. Place on a cookie sheet or baking pan greased with Nutralite, leaving enough space between the cookies.
  5. Bake at 375 Degree F or 200 Degree C for 10 minutes.
