  • 10 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Nutralite Mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons gram flour (besan)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala
  • ½ teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon oil

  1. Coarsely grind together coriander, mint, green chillies and garlic. Transfer to a bowl, add yogurt, Nutralite Mayonnaise, gram flour, salt, chaat masala, garam masala powder and lemon juice and mix well.
  2. Stir in the oil. Add the cottage cheese and mix well so that all the pieces are well-coated with the mixture. Set aside to marinate for about half an hour.
  3. Heat a non-stick tawa.
  4. Thread the cottage cheese pieces one-inch apart onto skewers and grill turning from time to time, for about 15 minutes, or till evenly cooked on all sides.
  5. Serve hot with onion rings and lemon wedges.
