Just a bit of tweaking and the right ingredients can make any dish healthy. Here’s our recipe for cooking healthy egg and garlic fried rice.

Ingredients

What you need for Egg and Garlic Fried Rice


  • 2 eggs
  • 2 spring onions, finely chopped
  • 1 carrot, finely chopped
  • Spoonful of ginger, finely chopped
  • 7-8 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp soya sauce
  • 2 cups rice
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • Nutralite

Instructions

How to Make Egg and Garlic Fried Rice


  1. Steam the rice and keep aside.
  2. Heat one spoon Nutralite (Garlic & Oregano variant preferably) in a pan and add the chopped garlic. Cook till golden brown.
  3. Next, add spring onion, ginger and red chillies and sauté for a minute.
  4. Break the eggs in the pan and sauté for about a minute.
  5. Then, add the steamed rice and mix well. Cook for about 2 minutes.
  6. Now, add the soya sauce, black pepper powder and salt.
  7. Mix well and cook for 2 more minutes. Serve Hot!
