Dried Berries And Ginger Cooler

Ever wondered what are the different ways to use dried berries? Here’s a recipe with the goodness of berries and ginger, packed in one refreshing cooler.

Prep time: 1 hour

Cook time: 5 mins

Serves: 1

What you need to make Dried Berries And Ginger Cooler

2 tbsp. dried berries (blueberries, goji berries, cranberries, golden raisins)

1 piece of fresh ginger (about ½ inch)

1 lemon

Organic honey

3/4th glass water

How to make Dried Berries And Ginger Cooler

Soak all the berries in 3/4th glass water for about an hour to soften.

Pour the soaked berries with the water in a blender. Add grated ginger, juice of the lemon and a spoon of honey, and blend them well.

Pour into a glass and cool for 10 mins in the fridge before drinking it.
