Just as mankind evolved from apes, the sandwich too has an interesting story of evolution. While the invention of bread gave us the definitive sandwich as we know it today, long ago, it existed in a different avatar. History has it, that in the mid to late 18th century, lettuce wraps were quite the rage. If you’re very fond of Indian food, then the traditional South Indian meal served on a large banana leaf, would come to mind first. Today, we bring you a taste of Thailand with this fabulous green recipe with mayonnaise. Enjoy this crunchy snack that is sure to inject some novelty into your day. Being organic, lettuce is easier on the digestive system too. Slather on some Nutralite Mayo Cheesy Garlic or Nutralite Mayo Achari for a dash of flavour that gives the chicken mince filling a distinct character. Enriched with Vitamin A, D and E, Nutralite Mayo packs quite a punch, and 30% of your daily vitamin requirements, to your wrap. And now, let make this Thai Lettuce wrap.
