Ingredients

What you need to make Nutralite Soya Discs


  • 6 slices bread
  • 1/2 cup thickly chopped capsicum
  • 1/2 cup thickly chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup boiled Soya nuggets
  • 2 tbsp grated cheese
  • 2 tbsp garlic sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Nutralite Classic

Instructions

Here's how to make Nutralite Soya Discs


  1. Start with cutting the bread slices into circles.
  2. In three slices cut another small circles to make rings.
  3. Apply Nutralite Classic and fix the rings on full circles
  4. Take Nutralite Classic in pan and saute onion and capsicum, add salt, black pepper and Soya nuggets.
  5. After frying for a minute, add garlic sauce and some cheese.
  6. Turn off the heat.
  7. When the vegetables get cooled, put them on the discs prepared and sprinkle grated cheese and bake for 5-10 minutes until they turn golden brown.
  8. Serve hot.
