Kadhai Tacos

Treat yourself to this delicious Indian version of Tacos laden with the goodness of Nutralite. Now you need not rely on last night's leftovers to cook yourself a great meal.

Ingredients

  • Paneer cubes (1 cup)
  • Crushed garlic (1 teaspoon)
  • Garam Masala (A pinch)
  • Salt and pepper as per taste
  • One Red Onion
  • One Capsicum
  • Two Bell peppers
  • One Tomato
  • Nutralite Classic

Instructions

  1. Take a pan, and add two tablespoons of Nutralite. After a few seconds, add the garlic as well as paneer cubes.
  2. Let the paneer cubes turn brownish-golden on both sides.
  3. Take a bowl, and add yogurt, garam masala, pepper, chaat masala as well as salt per taste. Mix this well.
  4. Add this to the paneer and cook for about 3 minutes.
  5. Now add finely sliced strips of onion, capsicum, bell peppers and tomato.
  6. Toss them for a few seconds so that the masala is absorbed well. Add a tea spoon of lime juice, and your filling is ready.
  7. Carefully, add this filling to the Taco shells, and garnish with coriander leaves. Your Kadhai Tacos are ready!
