Garlic Pasta

Craving for a 'Foodgasm' but tired of the same old veg recipes of India? Garlic Pasta is your go-to! Full of flavour and zing, we bet you will not be able to get enough of it!


  • 1 packet of Pasta (whole wheat)
  • Nutralite (6 tablespoons)
  • 8 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper as per taste
  • Parmesan cheese, grated (2 tablespoons)
  • Freshly parsley, chopped (1-2 tablespoons)


  1. Take a wok full of salted water, and cook pasta according to the directions.
  2. Meanwhile, in a small pan set over medium low heat, add some Nutralite and let it melt.
  3. Once it has melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for a few minutes until translucent. Add salt and pepper as per taste. And remove the pan from the heat.
  4. Now drain the pasta and return to the wok. Pour the garlic-nutralite sauce and mix. Allow the pasta to sit for about 3-4 minutes Garnish with cheese and parsley, and Garlic pasta is ready!
