What You Need To Prepare Curried Cauliflower Soup

  • Onion - 1
  • Nutralite Classic - 2 tbsp
  • Fine Sea Salt - ½ teaspoon
  • Garlic - 2 Cloves
  • Curry Powder - 1 tbsp
  • Cauliflower - 1
  • Chicken/Vegetable Broth - 4 cups
  • Cream - ½ Cup
  • Cilantro - 2 tbsp


How To Make Curried Cauliflower Soup

  1. Melt the Nutralite in a pan and add roughly chopped onion and some salt.
  2. Cook until the onion looks creamy and starchy, but not brown.
  3. Add chopped garlic to the pot, cook for a minute.
  4. Add curry powder.
  5. Add chopped cauliflower and cook for 3 mins.
  6. Add the broth.
  7. Cook until the cauliflower is tender for about 10 minutes.
  8. Puree the soup in a blender.
  9. Add cream and cook over medium-low heat.
  10. Add salt and pepper.
  11. Garnish with cilantro and a drizzle of Nutralite Classic.
